What are veneers?

Dental veneers are highly aesthetic restorations that are used in the anterior (front) sector of the smile. The amount may vary depending on the needs of each patient, type of smile, among other factors. Many people hesitate about having veneers made because of the “wear” that must be done on the teeth. Although it is true that it is permanent wear, new materials for making veneers and modern adhesion systems make this wear is becoming less and more conservative. In short, veneers are a minimally invasive treatment, with highly aesthetic results, with high durability and that are achieved in very short periods of time.
