Brush your teeth with the proper technique and brush at least 2 or 3 times a day. Ideally, after each meal. The brush must be changed regularly, the type of brush and paste will be recommended by the specialist.
Use mouthwash at least twice a day after brushing, preferably alcohol-free, once in the morning and once at night before bed. The rinse should not be diluted with water, nor rinsed with water after use. The rinse should last at least two minutes in the mouth.
Use of dental floss or interdental brushes, which of the two, your dentist should tell you which one you should use and how you should use it. The use of dental floss or interdental brushes should be done before brushing.
Don't forget to massage your gums gently while brushing and brush your tongue.
Avoid foods with high concentrations of sugar and carbohydrates.
Visit your dentist regularly.
