Teeth are living organs, but in some cases, either due to deep cavities or trauma, the pulp structure, commonly known as “the nerve” found inside the teeth, is compromised once the pulp becomes inflamed. irreversible or becomes infected, it usually causes very intense pain. Endodontics is responsible for cleaning the pulp chamber and canals, to eliminate all the tissue that may be causing infection, inflammation and/or pain in order to subsequently rehabilitate the tooth or teeth to keep them in the mouth for as long as possible.
